Standardized Operating Procedures for Purchases of Real Estate

Pursuant to Real Property Law requires “Real Estate Brokers to institute standardized operating procedures for prerequisites prospective home buyers shall meet prior to receiving any services.”

This Standardized Operating Procedures is available on any publicly available website and mobile device application maintained by the Broker/Owner. Broker/Owner has copies available of these Standardized Operating Procedures available to the public upon request at the Broker’s office location.

Please be advised that Robin Stipano, Broker/Owner Robin Louise Realty:
  • Does Not Require Prospective Buyers to Show Identification
  • Does Not Require Prospective Buyers to sign an Exclusive Buyer/Broker Agreement
  • Does Require Prospective Buyers to have Proof of Funds/PreApproval Letter for a mortgage
The Broker/Owner may not require such information, however, a seller may require this information prior to showing a property or it may be required as part of a purchase offer/contract.
